Under normal circumstances we are able to provide loans equivalent to 70% of the estimated GDV of the project, however, in instances where clients can provide additional security we can often provide funding up to 100% of all site purchase, development and finance costs up to a limit of £50 Million. We also provide 'Mezzanine' finance on a second charge to facilitate additional 'top-up' funding.
Several factors contribute to the over cost (loan amount, term, development type) so the rate of interest and fees payable vary from project to project. We strive to secure you the most competitive & comprehensive finance package for your development project and any facility setup fees are agreed initially and are generally nominal in relations to the overall project cost.
